Some of the ancient Chinese customs that I have heard is by rinsing your eyes with the urine of a boy (who is still a virgin) in order to have a good eyesight. She really did this to me when I was too young to know what was going on. And funny enough, I have relatively good eyesight for most years of my life even though I spent long hours in front of the computer most of the time.

This information was shared to me from a 81 year old healthy senior. By walking barefoot on the soil, you would find your eye sight improving. The senior came to know about it because years ago, he saw a man in his 40s walking barefoot on the grass at the park. The man shared with him that despite being relatively young (in his 40s), his eyesight was failing rapidly. His doctor actually recommended this method to him as a way to treat his bad eyesight. Thinking he has nothing much to lose, the man tried the method consistently. Sure enough, his eyesight improved and did not deteriorate further.
