Do not judge a fat person or compulsive hoarder. At least they wear their inner traumas outwardly. Overeating and hoarding are their coping mechanism. Once their inner issues have been addressed, the physical transformation would be amazing.
Compared to psychopaths, narcissists and manipulators whose ways of coping with trauma and emotions are not obvious and cast in stone. They drive misery to others, but ultimately causing destruction and perceptual unhappiness to themselves.
