The following is based on an inspiring account, being circulated in Facebook.
A person by the name Chuah Chong Yi, had suffered a back injury in 2001 during rock climbing where he fell 2m flat on his back. In 2009, his left knee developed neurological spasm which would wake him up.
He saw a video in Mandarin that was shared in Facebook which was supposed to bring relief to backpain and spinal relief discomfort. He tried these exercises himself and found that they relief his back soreness and knee pain. Hence, the transcribed the video instructions in English hoping it will benefit more people.
The transcript is in this link: https://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?v=10151366002330518

Too many good sharing in FB gets buried in archives and gets lost amidst updates. I wanted to link it in my blog here so that I could refer back to it later.
It seems to me that all these gentle stretching, deep breathing and relaxation exercises can help unlock and free the trapped energy in the body thus bringing relief to spinal pain and neurological spasms to the practitioner. I believe similar exercise and healing systems eg Pilates that focus on strengthening the core can also help to bring relief to the afflicted person. Thank you for sharing this video.
Yes, you are right- it can really do so- often more effective than supplements. I am also grateful for the person who shared his own personal experience.
