I have tried the exercises and immediately feel my head lighter, circulation is moving and can concentrate better. If you feel tensed or tired, try the exercises. Through rubbing the acupressure points around the nose, it can improve your sinus condition- and you would suffer from less running nose in the morning. Sometimes you wake up in the morning feeling a bit fuzzy and heavy headed- trying some of the exercises listed would also help.
