How to Flush Out Kidney Stones

Complementary Healing, Kidney

The following remedy is taken from the remedy of the kidney stone flush by Dr Lai Chui Nan:

Kidney Stone Flush

A: Eat 12 lemons every day (could be diluted or sweetened) for 5 days.

Lemons

When the stones start to come out, it could be quite painful, especially for those who have a lot of stones. Therefore, if not in a hurry to get rid of the stones, eat fewer lemons for more days, to allow citric acid to slowly dissolve the calcium deposit. After some time, the stones that come out will be like sand. They will come out through the urinary tract.

B. Boil 1 tbsp dried Dandelion Root and 4 cups of apple juice for 10 minutes. Sieve the mixture. Drink 2/3 cups three times a day.

Kidney stones is a result of a weak kidney. Therefore, beside doing the kidney flush, one must strengthen the kidney so as not to have any more stones.

Note: Above is the remedy by Dr Lai from a health booklet was written many years ago. I am not sure on the extend of the effectiveness of the remedy. I do have one concern as per the removing gallstone naturally method is that if the stone gets lodged along the urinal track, it may result in complication… ie pain and infection can set in if untreated. But then again, the conventional method of blasting the kidney stones using laser can also bring about the same effect.

My mom have a huge kidney stone lodged at one of her kidney ducts- she had gone for blast 4 times and each time, she passed out lots of blood- but the stone is still there. Till so much so, I am getting worried and she has also decided not to go for any more blasts which may provide even more damage. Would likely get her to try the remedy.

Please check with your doctor if it is okay for you to try the method before doing it- especially if you have pre-existing health condition. Previously when I publish the gallstone naturally method, many people have written to me to ask for advise- I am not able to advise as I am not a qualified doctor.

  • won’t you get acid stomach from eating all those lemons?

    • Yin

You need not eat all at one go. And can dilute the lemons with water and a little honey- but please, no lemonade because tea can promote too much ‘wind’ in the body and that would give the acid stomach

  • can the method for removal of kidney stones be tried on dogs too? Kindly confirm. Thanks.

    • Yin

      Kamini,
I am sorry, I don’t have the answer for that. But for a dog, it can be put on special diets prescribed by vets- I know Hills (pet food manufacturer) do sell such diets- which I regret I did not get for my dog earlier. Exercise and physical activity is vital because diabetes is very much a metabolic disease. With lifestyle changes, the health of the dog would surely improve.

      Hi Devesh,
I am so sorry to hear about your auntie. Over here, people usually go for massage, acupuncture to relief the swellings. Sometimes the kidney stone can stay there without operation- like in the case of my mom who despite having it blasted numerous times the stone just refuse to dislodge itself. So she just let it be. Do you have any other form of ancient healing like ayurvedic that you can explore? From the limited knowledge i know, the kidney stones and swellings indicate of element imbalance brought about one or more weak organs that sometimes can be healed with traditional practices. But do consult a licensed practitioner.
