Feeling tired and drained at the end of the day? Removing negative energies

Do you find yourself feeling drained and tired at the end of the day? Something more like a zombie? Demands at work and associating with toxic co-workers or demanding bosses getting you down?

Try these following suggestions that’s effective and pack a punch:

1. Bathing with salt water

Fill a pail with water. Add a little salt and then, take the water and pour from your head to your toes. Keep pouring the water starting from the crown of your head and imagine all the negative energies getting washed off by the water.

Alternatively, if you have no access, you can also take a good shower- a shower head with strong water flow like those in gyms. Stand below and let the water hit the crown of your head and feel the negative energy seeping away.

After such showers, you will usually feel lighter and better.

2. Exercising and let your hands move back and forth on your body on the frontal plane.

This is similar to the movements during running where the hands move back and forth. Usually, after a run, one usually feel better- this is explained by a friend of mine who is into healing- that the act of moving the hands back and forth cleanses our aura fields and remove negative energies.

3. Rinse clothes using a bit of salt water

Salt is inexpensive and has been known to be effective in removing negative energies. According to my friend, when we are outside, negative energies get stuck around our clothes- especially in places like public transportation when it is jammed packed and all kinds of energies and impressions of people’s emotional and aura states get a little imprinted on your body. By soaking these clothes first in salt water before in soap and washing them as usual- you can remove negative imprints.

4. Early in the morning- step on the bare earth

Just before the sun rises during dawn, where the air is refreshing, step barefoot on a patch of earth. If you stay in a condominium and apartments, go to the green patches there or in a nearby park. Better still, if you house has a lawn. Step on it barefoot and swing your arms back and forth (on a sagittal plane).

This really helps to detox negative energies- especially electromagnetic energies that we accumulate through coming in contact with electrical gadgets- computers, PDAs, mobile phones, TV, etc. If you find that you constantly have static energies- like a friend who touch you and claim to have a mild electric shock, then step on bare earth as often as you can.

But most importantly…

It is a very important point is not to be obsessed about energies and worry about carrying negative energies. The more you worry or think about it, you will give it power. And thoughts do have power to change the environment around you.

For a while, I used to believe that I was allergic to fragrances- people using perfume- be it cheap or pungent ones. I used to travel on public transportation and got very worked up when someone wearing perfume came in. I noticed I got headache each time that happens and used to get very upset when people wear perfume.

That was when I was still in my previous job. After I quit and travelled and meet all types of people, I came to the realization that the strength of our mind can override a lot of things. A lot of things have minimal impact if we do not give it power to affect us- ie not develop negative feelings about it. Now, when someone with perfume walks near, it does not give me headaches- because I no longer get upset. When I stop reacting to these situations, they power on me almost diminishes.

It is the same with all scenarios in our lives. The above methods like splashing water on the crown of our head helps- but negative energies will have a lesser hold on us if we are not conscious or give it much of a weight. Being angry, keeping scores, feeling hurt, worry or obsessing about someone drains our energy away quickly and easily as well. By keeping these emotions in check, let go and try not to think ill of others, these bad energies may just easily bounce off us.

    I belive you are right neg thinking in your life can bring you down so its better to know how to handle it. I have a lot going on in my life so I guess that’s why I’m so work up all the time I guess it would be better give this a try…. comment on how it works out for me!

    This is the biggest piece of bullshit. These things will help you – but not because negative energy, auras and all that crap. Mainly because running makes your body release endorphins and over time will increase your stamina so you will be able to be energetic for longer.
