Wai Tan Kung

I’ve created a special page on Wai Tan Kung because there is so much benefits to this exercise and yet I felt it is sadly underpromoted. Do note that I am not part of the committee member- but is someone who have benefited from the exercises and wanted to help to create more awareness about this practice.

The organisation is a non profit organisation as the exercises are meant to be given out as a gift of health. However, in Malaysia, any gathering that involves groups of people would need to be registered.

There are various locations and areas where the exercises can be practiced, as trained instructors conduct classes for almost free (except if the exercises are done at community halls, a small token of collection is made to pay for the rental of the hall).
