Here’s the photos of my fruit snacks that I take daily to work in my Tupperware 🙂

Tip: To prevent apples from turning black, instead of soaking them in salt water, you can also place lemon or grapefruit together with them. You will also need to place your fruits in the fridge if you are not eating them to prevent oxidization of the vitamin C.
If your cholesterol or blood pressure is not under control despite living a healthy lifestyle, check your personality traits. Being a perfectionist with diet and exercise, exerting high expectation till the point of burning out or judging others when they eat unhealthily may cause our body to rebel. Loosen and lighten up, pal.
