Continued from: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3
On Deepavali (Thursday) morning, I have my favourite breakfast…. peanut butter thick toast (yeah, I know it’s sinful) with iced teh ‘c’ from Old Town Cafe. The teh ‘c’ is absolutely my favourite drink there- now I figured because they put gula melaka inside it. Came back had about 2 more kuih. Then hit the gym.
- Did about 15 min cardio
- Then the weights (legs, abductor)
- then attended a class that teaches us to use Swiss ball
- then followed by yoga.
By the end, was tired and very hungry. Well, life’s bout trade-offs. I think I’ve burnt more than my worth of my consumption.
During the Swiss ball class, I did ask the instructor if it is ok for me to do sit ups on the ball and raise my torso all the way. I have tried the method taught in YouTube (hands on ears and halfway up) but it did not seemed to have much effect. but still prefer my original method- more repetitions and a little sore tummy later. She mentioned the method is ok so I guess I will back to the origional method.
I believe the yoga conditioning classes were real good, coz I woke up the next day feeling sore at my arms and thighs.
