No adreline rush or feeling of strength and energy….
Yes, it’s almost confirmed. I am addicted to exercising. Should be a good thing. The benefits of exercise are so enormous…. previously in the gym, I am just contented to burn about 200 kalories. Now, 350 is too little and I will be happy if I burn above 500. If I were to choose shopping and coffee with friends, I much prefer exercising.
