Go for the Real Thing- Differenciate Fact & Fads of Exercise

When I first started developing interest in fitness, health and proper eating, I came across so many conflicting information. The same magazine can say conflicting things- one month they say a diet is bad, then few issues later, they say that research had found that taking that diet is good. There are so many books- just walk into a big bookstore and you will find so many different books with different information and ideas about what works and what doesn’t.

You’ll probably see books or title in magazines like:

  • just 8 minutes a day to flat abs and greater looking you
  • easy workouts that help you to lose weight
  • mind power to lose weight
  • easy exercises you can do for fabulous abs
  • etc, etc

If what that is mentioned actually worked, then the publisher can close down because everyone will be happy because they are at their ideal body weight.

And yet, month after month, these magazines sell so well.

Yoga Instructor in Klang Valley

For those who are staying in Klang Valley and want to take up yoga but not sure where to go to, I would like to recommend Lim Wee Boon. He is currently teaches yoga full time.

About Wee Boon
Has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching yoga for over 4 years. He has completed the certificate course in Yoga Education from the Institute of Yog Vidhya Gurukul, Nashik, Maharastra, India in Dec 2004. Had also attended the Teacher Training program organised by Ananda Marga Yoga Society in Vietnam in year 2007. Past experience, he was the Yoga teacher of Country Heights Health Sanctuary conducting weekly classes at Palace of the Golden Horses and also provided his services for many corporate organisation in the Klang Valley area. Past corporate client includes Ginvera Sdn Bhd, Elken Sdn Bhd, Scope International Sdn Bhd and E-Cop.Net Surveillance Sdn Bhd. Besides companies, he is also currently attach to the Persatuan Yoga Ananda Marga, Petaling Jaya and 72YogaStyles Studio in Kuchai Lama, KL. Lim had also appeared on NTV7 as an instructor to Ultimate Fitness & Beauty Women Competition 2005. To date he has taught and shared his knowledge to more than 800 students in this country.
